Dr. Jonathan J. Swope
Dr. Jonathan Swope, a native of Nebraska, recognized his calling to serve others through health care while volunteering as a certified EMT. Enrolling at the University of Nebraska at Omaha, he completed a degree in biology, then earned his dental degree at the University of Louisville School Of Dentistry in 2012.
From there, he went to the University of Texas at Houston, where he earned his Medical Degree and was trained in Oral and Maxillofacial surgery, alongside world-renowned surgeons at Texas Medical Center. As part of his general anesthesia studies, he gained extensive experience in deep sedation. In addition, Dr. Swope completed two years of training in general surgery, where he worked directly with plastic and reconstruction, trauma, and burn surgery teams.
After his residency, he and his wife moved back to Louisville to continue to serve the community in Kentuckiana. Together, they have two boys, Alex and Lucas. Dr. Swope’s hobbies include traveling, spending time outdoors, attending car shows, trying new restaurants, and playing ice hockey.
Dr. Swope is a diplomat of the American Board of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons and a member of the American Association of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons, Kentucky Society of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons, Kentucky Dental Association, Delphi Society, and Omicron Kappa Upsilon Dental Honorary Society.
Dr. Tim Logan,DMD
Dr. Tim Logan is a Louisville native and received his Doctor of Dental Medicine from the University of Louisville. After completing a general practice residency at the VA hospital in Louisville, he excelled in an Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery residency at the University of Cincinnati Medical Center. Dr. Logan is a member of the American Association of Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery, Kentucky Dental Association ,and the Louisville Dental Association.
Though he has practiced dentistry for over 30 years, Dr. Logan has been a part of the dentistry world since he was a young child. Dr. Logan not only followed in the footsteps of his father, a dentist, and brother, an oral surgeon, he treats his patients like family. Together with his wife of nearly 40 years, Denise, Dr. Logan has two sons, Tim Jr. and Michael. When he’s not in the office, he enjoys reading, playing golf, and watching the University of Louisville Cardinals play.
