We accept most PPO dental insurance plans and government plans! When scheduling your appointment online or in office, please have your insurance card or policy information ready. Providing this information in advance allows our team sufficient time for verification of benefits.
As a courtesy, our office will gladly file insurance claims for you and your family on your behalf. We simply ask that you let us know of any changes to your insurance plan.
We will work with you to come up with a plan for paying for your procedure in advance of treatment. Please note that insurance is processed based on an estimate, and it is not a guarantee of payment. Typically, insurance companies respond to a claim within four to six weeks; any portion of unpaid services by insurance are your responsibility.
